Political party development in South East Asia

A non-state armed group, under ceasefire and in peace talks with the national government, required assistance in transitioning its organisation into a political party.

Working through UN agencies, Stratagem International provided a bespoke training programme in-country, equipping senior level leaders with the skills to understand, engage and influence their respective constituencies, campaign (eg. messaging), raise funds and create the structures and approaches needed to convert into a successful political party.
